Data We Collect

• Account email, password hash, plan, billing status, referral code, and trial status.
• Aggregate monthly bandwidth totals needed to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• Device records needed to provision VPN access, including device name, public key, assigned tunnel IP, and server assignment.
• Payment and subscription identifiers from Stripe. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by NullVPN.

Data We Do Not Log

• No browsing history.
• No DNS query logs.
• No VPN connection timestamp logs tied to your identity.
• No source IP to account activity logs.
• No WireGuard private keys. Private keys are generated on your device.

Processors

We use Stripe for billing and customer payment flows, Brevo for transactional email, and infrastructure providers for API, web, relay, and VPN hosting. These processors receive only the information required to provide their service.

Retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. VPN device records are removed when you revoke a device or close your account.
